Shipping Policy:

Shipping rates are pre-loaded in the shop to enable shipping to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, France and Germany. I will continue to update my shop and hope to have it set up to ship worldwide in future. Please contact me for a shipping quote if your country is not listed above.

Please note that any customs fees on international orders are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and it is the responsibility of the customer to cover these costs. Please research your country’s importing fees and taxes to avoid any surprises.

Commissions:

50% deposit is required at the time of booking your commission. Up to three changes can be made to a commissioned painting after I have sent you the photo of the finished work. I only request that the final balance is paid once you have approved the finished painting (via emailed photo), including any requested changes. If you are not happy when you receive the physical portrait (even if you have approved the final photo), you must contact me within 14 days of receiving it so that we can work out a solution to the issue. 

Reproduction & Reselling Rights:

I retain all rights to all the artworks I create, this is inclusive of all sold and commissioned original paintings. This includes the right to produce reproductions of any artworks I create, unless full rights have been purchased by the collector of my work (this is in addition to the purchase of the original). Please contact me directly if you are interested in purchasing reproduction rights. I reserve the right to decline any request to purchase the reproduction rights to any of my artworks. 

Buyers and collectors may not resell or reproduce any artwork for profit without my written permission to do so. 

Changes to T&Cs:

I reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and those changes will take effect at the time of posting on this page. This page is where you will be notified of any changes to terms and conditions. Please review this page regularly to keep up to date with the terms and conditions of using this site.
